We’re glad to have HOMELY IMAGE as our designer/contractor for our new house. Not only did HOMELY IMAGE provide us with great value-for-money renovation packages, their quality workmanship had also exceeded our expectation.

I am very satisfied customer and am writing in here to share with you my wonderful experience with my Interior Designer, Ms Phoebe Lim. Her dedication to her work and "can do" attitude never fails to impress me. While my project was a rather small project (less than SGD 7k), I can tell that Pheobe really puts her heart and soul into the project. Of course there were some hiccups and mistakes made along the way, but Phoebe always remain cool and collected, and delivered everything she promises in the end. Even after the handover of my project, Phoebe continues to proactively follow up on other matters like air-con servicing and parquet polishing - much to my pleasant surprise. In my mind, she is much more than just an interior designer - she is a consultant, coordinator and a trusted friend at the same time.

We would like to thank Homely Image Consultant, Jackson for overseeing the renovation of our flat. Our dealings with him have been a very pleasant one as he is a patient and sincere person who seek to understand his customers’ needs.

My 5 room flat renovation was done by Homely Image in April 2006. I was happy with the outcome and especially satisfied with the after-sales service provided.

After the review, I decided to engage the services of a company recommended earlier by the person at HDB Hub known as Homely Image. The person whom I had spoken with in the first and second meetings was named Jackson. I found him to be patient and attentive when listening to my ideas on floor-plan changes and wants. During that conversation, Jackson was honest with me and explained potential bottlenecks with my timeline especially when some of my desired designs needed further approval from HDB. However, he was confident to complete the renovation works on time.

During the renovation process, I would call him often if there were slight changes in my design, or to source for unique items, or potential use of alternative materials. At all times, he was very accommodative to my requirements. If my desired design cannot be fulfilled, he would provide explanations and discussed alternative plans.

First and foremost, I would like to thank the team from Homely Image, particularly Jackson for creating a dream home for me. I've sourced for so many interior designers and he has definitely impressed me with his creative & practical design. No doubt about it, I have high expectations on his work and he has never let me down with the excellent quality of work as well as service. More importantly, he welcomed our own ideas and he did a step further by improvising it which my wife and I love it very much!

Homely Image has helped transforming our new home into a cozy place with a modern theme that meets our expectation. The workmanship is good and the service is excellent, especially the after-sales service. Our home was handed over to us within the short timeframe promised, without compromising the quality.

What I like best about homely image is the quick action taken for all the complaints that I have (and I know I am a very difficult person). Every little detail of my concerns is handled immediately. I am highly satisfied with not just the handiwork but also the promptness and service of the staff. And best of all, there is the after sales service that I get for free. After completion, I still get Jackson's men in to fix taps, install shelves and service the air conditioner. No charge on man power.

We wish to express our happiness as we are very satisfied with Homely Image role in the process of designing and supervision of the contracted renovation works.

Very happy that it were done with creative and cost conscious deigns, proper selection of choice materials, with careful execution of the works, as well as exercising flexibility in changing the method of constructions and finishes to fit and match the apartment design scheme, and including the advice of the various selected furniture, lightings, curtains and colour scheme. In particularly, we wish to thanks Amy Tan, the assigned design & project manager of Homely Image for her dedications, commitments and patience in carrying out her job.
